This is a PREORDER item. Please read this listing carefully before placing your order. Payment is collected at checkout to reserve your fabric, and your fabric will be ordered from the manufacturer after the preorder closes.

Preorder Timeline

This is an August preorder, meaning wholesale orders will be placed with the manufacturer in mid-August after the preorder closes and color availability has been confirmed. While I expect to begin shipping orders in September, please note that this is an estimate. Manufacturer production schedules, international shipping, customs processing, and other factors outside my control may occasionally cause delays. If any significant delays arise, I will keep customers informed with updates.

Please note: If your order contains both preorder fabric and ready-to-ship items, your entire order will ship together once the preorder fabric arrives. If you’d like your ready-to-ship items sooner, please place two separate orders.

Premium 100% virgin boiled wool is thick, warm, naturally water-resistant, and durable. With its soft structure and slight natural stretch, it’s a wonderful choice for sewing buntings, jackets, vests, pants, hats, mittens, and countless other projects.

• Weight: Approximately 385 g/m² (11.35 oz/yd²). Slight variations in weight may occur due to the natural fibers and the felting and dyeing process.

• Origin: Wool sourced from mulesing-free farms in South America and Australia

How the Preorder Works

1. Place your order during the preorder window.
2. Payment is collected at checkout to reserve your fabric.
3. After the preorder closes, I combine all customer orders and place ann order with the manufacturer.
4. Once the fabric arrives, I cut each order, and ship it to you.

Because this fabric is specially ordered, preorder items take longer to arrive than in-stock fabric. Please refer to the estimated shipping timeframe listed with this preorder.

Wholesale Minimums & Availability

The manufacturer sells fabric by the bolt, and some colors require a minimum purchase before they can be ordered.

If your chosen color does not receive enough customer orders to meet the manufacturer’s wholesale minimum, I will contact you after the preorder closes. You’ll be able to:

• Switch to another available color
• Wait for the manufacturer’s next restock, if available
• Receive store credit
• Receive a full refund

Manufacturer inventory can also change quickly. Although I monitor availability throughout the preorder, a color may occasionally sell out before I am able to place my wholesale order. If that happens, you’ll have the same options listed above.

Please Note

• Fabric is cut as one continuous piece whenever possible.
• Colors may vary slightly between computer and phone screens.
• Slight variations between dye lots are normal.
• Natural fibers and the boiling process create subtle variations in texture and weight that make each production run unique.

Cancellations

Because payment reserves your fabric and allows me to place the order, cancellations are accepted only until the wholesale order has been submitted to the manufacturer. Once the wholesale order has been placed, preorder purchases cannot be canceled.
