250 GSM merino knit | fabric by the yard

This 100% merino wool knit has beautiful drape, and a generous widthwise stretch. It is a wonderful choice for sewing relaxed lounge pants, comfortable shirts, and versatile layering pieces.

This wool will shrink- I recommend washing gently on cool setting prior to sewing

A Note on Softness
This merino knit has a soft, natural feel with a slightly more substantial hand than some ultra-soft merino fabrics. In my experience, it softens further after a gentle wash using a lanolin-containing wool wash. As with all natural wool, the feel may vary depending on the garment and individual sensitivity.

• Fabric is cut as one continuous piece whenever possible.
• Colors may vary slightly between computer and phone screens.
• The supplier recommends professional dry cleaning. I have hand-washed a sample successfully, but results may vary. If choosing to hand wash, test a small swatch first.
