Custom Wool Clothing
All custom wool clothing is made to order and is therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
That said, I stand behind my workmanship. If your custom item experiences a manufacturing defect within the first 90 days of normal wear (such as seam failure or construction issues—not including normal wear, pilling, or damage caused by misuse), I will gladly repair the item at no charge.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to me.
- Repairs will be completed and returned as quickly as possible.
- This policy does not cover damage from improper care, accidents, or normal wear over time.
If you believe your item qualifies for repair, please contact me before sending it back so we can confirm next steps.
Wool Socks
Due to hygiene considerations, refunds are not offered on socks.
However, I am happy to offer size exchanges under the following conditions:
- Socks must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must still be attached
- The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once the returned socks are received and inspected, the replacement size will be shipped.

- Colors and textures may vary slightly due to the natural characteristics of wool and differences in screen displays.

Boiled Wool Fabric
Boiled wool fabric is cut to order and is therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you receive boiled wool fabric with a manufacturing defect (such as flaws in the weave or significant damage present upon arrival), please contact me within 14 days of delivery so we can assess the issue.
Due to the nature of fabric sales, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect quantities ordered
- Color or texture variations inherent to natural wool
- Changes caused by washing, cutting, or sewing the fabric

Slight variations in thickness, density, and color are normal and part of the material’s character
